Coronavirus procedures & protocols – summer 2020
We are endeavouring to keep our properties, vehicles, activities, staff, and you – our guests, as safe as possible following the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also want to keep the holidays we offer you as normal as possible and believe that whilst there are some changes as set out in the following pages, this is possible and that we can all once again enjoy holidays to their fullest! We hope that the details provided below are as comprehensive as possible, although please don’t hesitate to contact us if there is anything you cannot find or would like to query.
Please note that the information outlined on the following pages is our application of French government rules & guidelines. This overwrites any other Simply Morzine literature you may see on our website or any third party sites, in addition to written information you receive both pre-holiday and once in resort.
In general, France is enforcing a strict mask-wearing policy. It is currently mandatory to wear a mask on all public transport, ski lifts, in most shops, and when entering/exiting and moving around restaurants/cafés. All adults and children (11+) must also wear a mask when moving around inside your holiday accommodation. We strongly recommend you bring your own mask.
We thank you for your understanding and adherence to these new procedures & protocols and look forward to welcoming you to Morzine and Les Gets soon.
