We
pride ourselves on the quality and variety of our cuisine. Both of our
chalet's beautifully furnished dining rooms have a relaxed and informal
atmosphere akin to eating in a quality restaurant six nights of the
week!
Our
chefs are highly professional, with experience in restaurants and hotels,
and concentrate solely on producing the highest standard of cuisine possible. Your day starts with an extensive
buffet breakfast consisting of a hot dish, choice of cereals, yoghurts,
croissants or pain au chocolat, freshly baked bread, jams, fruit juice,
tea and filter coffee. On return from your day's activities you will find
afternoon tea waiting for you, served with homemade cakes or biscuits.
Whilst you relax in the lounge or on the chalet terraces, a lavish meal
will be prepared for you with good house wines until coffee and chocolates
are served.
The menu is flexible and caters
for vegetarians and special diets, including children's tea if required.
Your staff take full advantage of local dishes and ingredients, and on
their day off, will lay breakfast for you and recommend some of the excellent
local restaurants in Morzine.
