Subject to availability, a verbal
option will be held for 5 working days. To secure your booking, we need
a completed booking form and a deposit of £100 per person if catered,
or a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation rental cost if self-catered.
Please refer to the Prices page for details on what is included in
your holiday price.

When we receive your completed
booking form and deposits, we will send you a confirmation invoice showing
the deposits you have paid and the balance remaining. This is due 10
weeks before departure. We will also send you a comprehensive holiday
information package to help you plan your holiday. This contains an important
final information form for you to complete, confirming your travel arrangements
and resort requirements.

Our confirmation of final holiday
details will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure,
confirming the information you send to us.
